Flavour: very mild, light, and buttery.

Uses:

  • Deep frying  – high smoke point of 480 and 520F (271 C)
  • Butter substitute.
  • Fish and seafood
  • Salad dressing
  • Vegetables and meat

Pairings: any balsamic vinegar.
